Role Description The Finance Business Analyst is a full-time, on-site role based in Metro Cebu. This role analyzes financial data and business performance to support decision-making, budgeting, and forecasting for real estate projects. The analyst will translate business needs into clear financial and operational requirements, map and review business processes, and identify opportunities for efficiency and cost optimization. Daily responsibilities include preparing reports and dashboards, performing variance and trend analysis, collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather data, and presenting insights to management in a clear and actionable format. The role also supports the development and continuous improvement of financial models, controls, and documentation aligned with the company's growth objectives.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills to interpret financial data, identify trends, and support evidence-based recommendations.
