Job Description
- Develop and maintain the Finance Automation roadmap aligned with GBS and Finance transformation goals.Identify and prioritize automation and process improvement opportunities across Finance.
- Lead automation projects end-to-end, from business case development through implementation and stabilization.Implement solutions using RPA, AI, workflow automation, data integration, and low-code platforms.
- Drive process simplification, standardization, and continuous improvement using Lean Six Sigma principles.
- Partner with Finance, IT, process owners, and GBS teams to deliver automation initiatives and ensure stakeholder alignment.
- Develop dashboards and KPIs to measure operational performance, automation benefits, and ROI.
- Ensure automation solutions comply with internal controls, SOX, data privacy, and corporate policies.Promote an automation-first culture by coaching finance teams and supporting digital capability building
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, IT, Engineering, Data Analytics, or related field.
- 7+ years of experience in Finance Shared Services, GBS, Finance Transformation, Continuous Improvement, or Automation.At least 3 years of experience leading automation or digital transformation initiatives.
- Experience in a multinational Shared Services/GBS environment preferred.
- Strong knowledge of finance processes, including P2P, O2C, R2R, Treasury, and FP&A.Proficiency in SAP/ERP systems and automation tools such as Power Automate, Power Platform, UiPath, or similar.
- Knowledge of Power BI, Alteryx, SQL, AI/ML, and finance automation solutions.
- Lean Six Sigma and automation/RPA certifications are an advantage.
