About the Role:
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Finance Associate to join our Finance Team. As a Finance Associate you will be assigned to either the Accounts Payable Team or the Reporting Team, where you will support day-to-day finance operations, ensure the accuracy of financial transactions and records, and contribute to the timely preparation of reports and other finance deliverables. The ideal candidate is organized, analytical, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
If You Join the Accounts Payable Team
What You'll Do
Process and review financial transactions in accordance with company policies and procedures.
Assist in the timely processing of employee reimbursements, cash advances, liquidations and other payable-related transactions.
Coordinate with internal stakeholders to resolve transaction-related inquiries.
Verify the completeness and accuracy of supporting documents.
Maintain accurate financial records and support month-end activities.
Perform other accounts payable and finance-related tasks as assigned.
If You Join the Reporting Team
What You'll Do
Prepare and maintain financial reports, journal entries, and reconciliations.
Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities.
Review financial records to ensure accuracy and completeness.
Analyze financial data and investigate discrepancies when needed.
Support reporting requirements and process improvement initiatives.
Perform other reporting and finance-related tasks as assigned.

Must-Have
Bachelor's degree in Finance or related business courses
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply. Previous experience or an internship in Finance or Accounting is an advantage but not required.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
Good to Have
Experience with SAP or any accounting systems
Knowledgeable in financial reporting, accounts payable, accounts receivable, or general accounting.
Knowledge of financial reconciliations and journal entries.
Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial processes.
