Finance Associate Manager for Project Controllership in Quezon City

We are looking for a CPA with experience in project accounting, project controllership, and CAPEX management.

The role involves managing project financials, budgeting, cost monitoring, reporting, and compliance.

Candidates from audit firms are preferred, specifically those who handled clients in infrastructure, manufacturing, construction, real estate, or utilities industries.

Experience in accounts payable processing is a plus.

Qualifications

• CPA required
• 5–8 years of relevant experience
• Strong background in project accounting and CAPEX
• Audit experience in infra, manufacturing, construction, real estate, or utilities preferred
• SAP/ERP and strong Excel skills are advantages
  
  

Job Responsibilities

• Manage project financials, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost tracking
• Monitor CAPEX spending and ensure alignment with approved budgets
• Prepare project financial reports and variance analysis
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal controls
• Support audits and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders
• Oversee financial performance of ongoing projects
• Maintain accurate records in SAP/ERP systems
• Support process improvements in project controllership and reporting
