Finance Associate (Corporate Governance/Investment)

Responsibilities:

• Work with executives and stakeholders on planning and governance.
• Responsible for fund raising, M&A, and investor relations.

Qualifications:

• Must have finished Bachelor of Science in Accountancy.
• Open to fresh graduates or with 1-2 years of professional experience in accounting/investments/tax/compliance.
• With high level of numeracy and work ethics.
• With excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Employment Type:direct hire and permanent.
• Work Schedule:Monday to Friday; Day Shift (possibly 9AM-7PM due to compressed work week)
• Work Set-up:Hybrid (possibly 2x onsite and 3x work-from-home a week)
• Location:Pasig City
