Prepare financial models, valuations, and analysis to support deal origination and execution
Assist in the preparation of pitch materials, client presentations, and other client-facing documents
Participate in the due diligence process, including data gathering and analysis
Support the execution of transactions, including coordination with internal and external stakeholders
Contribute to the development of the firm's financial advisory capabilities and thought leadership
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality client solutions
What we're looking for
A bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
Minimum 2 years of experience in corporate finance, investment banking, or a similar role
Strong financial modelling and analytical skills, with proficiency in Excel and other financial software
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex financial information to both internal and external stakeholders
Attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
Willingness to relocate to other offices in Luzvimin, if required
