Finance Associate - Accounts Receivables

Tomo Coffee is looking for a Finance Associate (Accounts Receivables) to support day to day finance operations, with a primary focus on cash collections, store sales reconciliation, and accounts receivable management. This role is ideal for someone who is detail oriented, process driven, and comfortable working closely with stores, partners, and the finance team to ensure accuracy and control.

This role supports a hybrid work setup with flexible working hours on most days. The Finance Associate will work closely with the finance and store teams to maintain financial accuracy, safeguard cash, and support efficient collections across multiple branches.

Job Overview

The Finance Associate (Accounts Receivables) is responsible for monitoring cash sales, reconciling payments, managing invoices, and maintaining complete and accurate records of accounts receivable transactions. The role requires strong coordination with stores and external partners, attention to detail, and the ability to identify discrepancies and resolve them promptly.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and reconcile cash sales, store payments, and collections
• Manage invoicing and ensure customer payments are accurately applied
• Coordinate with stores and delivery partners to resolve transaction discrepancies
• Maintain accurate accounts receivable records and documentation
• Support cash handling controls, reconciliations, and audit requirements

Qualifications

• Background in accounting, finance, or a related field
• Experience in accounts receivable, collections, or cash handling is preferred
• Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy
• Comfortable coordinating with store teams and external partners
• Basic proficiency in spreadsheets and financial documentation
