Key Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate financial records and ledgers
- Assist in preparing financial reports and statements
- Assist with reimbursements and expense claims
- Assist in preparing budgets and financial forecasts
- Provide data for management reports
- Ensure financial transactions comply with company policies and regulations
- Maintain organized and up-to-date financial documentation
- Work closely with accountants, auditors, and other departments
- Support month-end and year-end financial closing processes
- Provide insights on deal structures (profitability of the project)
- Monitor order bookings, computations and invoices to be sent out
- Compute incentive payouts of the team
- Monitor Accounts Payables and Receivables
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field
- 13 years of experience in accounting, bookkeeping, or finance support roles
- Experience with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Xero) is an advantage
- Strong numerical and analytical abilities
- Proficient in MS Excel and other office applications
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Good organizational and time management skills
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
