Job Summary
Our ideal candidate has in-depth knowledge of bookkeeping, auditing and budgeting procedures. You should also be able to prepare payroll and statutory contributions and liaise with government offices. You are responsible for ensuring the accurate recording, compilation and consolidation of all financial transactions of the company for use of the management in decision making.
Responsibilities
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual reports such as the financial statements, tax returns
- Prepare bookkeeping reconciliations and reports
- Ensure the accuracy and timely submission of tax returns and other statutory reports
- Prepares taxes, salaries, permits & licenses, professional fees, and consultancy fees.
- Follow up for collection consistently and collect receivables
- Monitor expenses of each department (actual vs. budget)
- Prepare and process billing invoices
- Record and monitor all of the receivables from clients
- Other duties may be assigned from time to time
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or Business or in any related field.
- Proven work experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Intermediate to Advanced level experience in Excel required
- Demonstrable ability to communicate, present and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization, including executive, and C-level.
- Must have a critical mind, question the status-quo and like to work in an evolving environment
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Willing to work in BGC
