You will be required to assist in financial administration, bookkeeping support, and operational data maintenance across internal systems, with occasional involvement in procurement-related tasks when required.
Managing financial records, supporting accounts and bookkeeping processes, and ensuring operational and financial data is accurately recorded and maintained across systems.
This will require you to support transaction categorisation, expense tracking, invoice management, and maintain organised financial records while assisting with day-to-day administrative and operational processes.
Other responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Assist with accounts administration, bookkeeping support, and financial data entry.
- Maintain accurate financial records, expenses, invoices, and transaction documentation.
- Support transaction categorisation and preparation of records for reconciliation and accounting review.
- Track invoices, supplier payments, and operational expenses.
- Assist with maintaining accurate records across accounting and operational platforms.
- Support preparation of financial and operational reports when required.
- Enter and maintain client and operational data across internal systems.
- Assist with data validation during client onboarding and administrative processes.
- Provide occasional support with procurement or purchasing-related administration when required.
- Maintain organised documentation and internal records across systems.
You will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial and operational records, supporting day-to-day finance administration, and ensuring data remains structured, reliable, and up to date.
Requirements:
- A degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
- Experience supporting bookkeeping, finance, or accounting processes.
- Required experience using Xero for financial record management, transaction processing, or bookkeeping support.
- Strong attention to detail and financial accuracy.
- Experience with data entry and system management.
- Exposure to procurement, purchasing, or supplier coordination is beneficial but not required.
- Strong organisational and administrative skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage workload efficiently.
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal).
