Job Overview
We are seeking a
Finance and Master Data Team Leader to oversee daily operations, ensuring
accurate financial processing, master data integrity, and reconciliation activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead a team handling CMA, pricing, and master data processes
- Perform and review reconciliation of financial data, pricing, and agreements
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of master data records
- Monitor team performance and ensure SLA achievement
- Identify process gaps and drive improvements
- Support audits and compliance activities
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- 5–7 years of relevant experience
- 2–4 years supervisory experience
- Strong Reconciliation experience (highly preferred)
- Experience in master data and financial operations
- ERP/SAP experience preferred
