This Finance and HR Operations Manager role holds full ownership of both financial control and talent operations, ensuring the business runs efficiently and scales sustainably. Employment Type: Full-time

Shift: Night shift (8:00 PM - 5:00 AM PH Time, U.S. EST), Weekends Off

Work Setup: Permanent Work From Home

Salary: PHP 185,600 - PHP 208,800

The Qualifications We Seek

  • 10+ years of experience handling both Finance and HR functions in small or startup environments
  • Proven end-to-end ownership of finance operations including budgeting, cash flow management, and financial reporting
  • Strong hands-on experience managing HR functions including recruitment, payroll, compliance, and employee lifecycle
  • Demonstrated ability to operate in a do-it-allrole with full accountability across finance and people operations
  • Experience supportingglobal or remoteteams across multiple regions
  • Strong financial acumen with experience in forecasting, expense tracking, and profitability analysis
  • Experience in workforce planning, hiring strategy, and talent management
  • High level of ownership, accountability, and ability to work independently in lean environments
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate across teams and stakeholders

Key Responsibilities

Finance & Administration

  • Prepare and release accurate invoices aligned with completed work and contract terms
  • Monitor project budgets, burn rates, and forecasts; escalate risks early
  • Track resource utilization, billability, and accounts receivable
  • Maintain equipment and asset inventory with full accountability
  • Support financial reporting, forecasts, and expense validation
  • Ensure timekeeping accuracy and develop SOPs for billing processes

Talent & HR

  • Lead global hiring, onboarding, and talent pipeline development
  • Conduct resource planning reviews with Delivery and PMO teams
  • Monitor workforce health through timesheet compliance and workload balance
  • Run engagement programs including KCT Spark and Friday team gatherings
  • Oversee performance reviews, feedback systems, and skills development
  • Maintain HR compliance and strengthen internal communications
  • Reinforce core values and build cohesive culture across global hubs
