We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Finance & Administration Officer to support key business operations of a post-production company. This role will handle day-to-day accounting and administrative functions, including receivables, collections, and contract management. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, reliable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced SME environment.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Finance & Accounting
- Maintain accurate financial records and ledgers
- Process accounts receivable, monitor collections, and follow up with clients on outstanding balances
- Assist in accounts payable processing and expense tracking
- Support preparation of financial reports and compliance requirements (e.g., BIR filings, government regulatory reports)
Operations Support
- Coordinate with external auditors, accountants, and service providers
- Perform other operational tasks as needed to support management
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field
- At least 13 years of relevant experience in accounting or administrative roles (experience in SMEs is a plus)
- Strong knowledge of basic bookkeeping and financial principles; familiarity with BIR processes preferred
- Proficiency with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, or similar) and MS Office/Google Workspace
- Excellent attention to detail, time management, and communication skills
