Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Finance Duties:

  • Prepare, manage, and track budgets, financial reports, and monthly reconciliations.
  • Process invoices, payments, reimbursements, and bank transactions.
  • Maintain accurate financial records and update ledgers (AP/AR, petty cash, payroll).
  • Assist in tax filings, audits, and financial compliance requirements.
  • Manage payroll and statutory deductions (EPF, tax, etc.).
  • Prepare reports for management and external stakeholders as required.

Administration Duties:

  • Oversee general administrative tasks, including office supplies, logistics, and vendor management.
  • Maintain company records, filing systems, and ensure data confidentiality.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, event planning, and meeting logistics.
  • Ensure proper maintenance of office equipment and facilities.
  • Support HR with documentation, onboarding, and employee record keeping.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 24 years of experience in a finance and administrative role.
  • Proficient in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Tally, Zoho Books).
  • Solid understanding of financial regulations and administrative procedures.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite, especially Excel.
