Job Description

Lead financial reporting, management accounts, budgeting, forecasting, and business performance analysis.
Manage cash flow, treasury, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and financial controls.
Ensure compliance with taxation, statutory requirements, audit activities, and risk management initiatives.
Partner with business leaders to support strategic planning, profitability improvements, stakeholder management, and finance team leadership.

The Successful Applicant

The ideal candidate must have:

CPA with at least 5 years of experience in finance, accounting, or financial management roles, and 2 years of leadership or people management experience.
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills with the ability to influence business decisions.
Hands-on approach to accounting with the ability to balance strategic planning and day-to-day finance operations.
