Finance and Accounting Supervisor

Join Shoeciety Inc. (JOJO BRAGAIS), an innovative and fast-growing retail company, as a Finance and Accounting Supervisor. In this full-time position based in South Triangle, Quezon City, Metro Manila, you will play a crucial role in supporting the company's financial operations and contributing to its continued success.

Key Responsibilities

• General accounting and bookkeeping
• Financial reporting and month-end/year-end closing
• Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable
• Bank reconciliation and cash management
• Payroll coordination and statutory deductions
• Cost accounting and manufacturing costs
• Inventory accounting and inventory reconciliation
• Monitoring of raw materials, work-in-process, and finished goods
• Budgeting and financial forecasting
• Tax compliance and basic knowledge of BIR requirements
• Internal controls and audit preparation
• Financial analysis and variance analysis

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy, Accounting Technology, Finance, or a related field. CPA is an advantage
• At least 3–5 years of progressive experience in Finance and Accounting
• At least 1–2 years of supervisory or team leadership experience
• Experience in a manufacturing, production, distribution, or inventory-intensive environment is highly preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including advanced formulas, PivotTables, and financial reporting
• Experience with accounting software or ERP systems
• Ability to supervise and review the work of accounting staff
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to meet strict deadlines, particularly during payroll and month-end closing
• Strong integrity and ability to handle confidential financial information
• Good communication and coordination skills with Management and other departments
