Finance & Accounting Supervisor

Schedule: Dayshift, Monday to Friday
About the Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Finance & Accounting Supervisor to manage day-to-day financial operations, ensure accurate reporting, and strengthen internal controls for a growing F&B business. The role will supervise the accounting team, handle full-cycle accounting, and provide management with timely financial insights.
Key Responsibilities
Financial Management & Reporting
- Supervise daily accounting operations including AP, AR, GL, cash flow, and bank reconciliation.
- Prepare, review, and finalize monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with accounting standards and internal policies.
- Monitor cash flow, expense management, and overall financial health across store operations.
Audit & Compliance
- Maintain proper documentation and ensure adherence to internal controls.
- Coordinate with external auditors and support audit activities.
- Oversee tax filings, BIR compliance, and all statutory government submissions.
Supervision & Process Improvement
- Lead, mentor, and train accounting staff.
- Improve accounting processes for efficiency and accuracy.
- Strengthen procedures for inventory tracking, sales reconciliation, and expense reporting.
Business Support
- Provide financial analysis and insights to support management in decision-making.
- Review store-level P&L reports and identify discrepancies or improvement areas.
- Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- 35 years of experience in accounting, preferably in a supervisory role.
- Experience in F&B, retail, or multi-branch operations is a strong advantage.
- Solid knowledge of Philippine tax regulations and financial reporting standards.
- Proficiency in accounting systems (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, Oracle NetSuite).
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to work onsite in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and coordination skills.
