Job Overview
We are seeking a Finance and Accounting Specialist to oversee accounting processes, ensure regulatory compliance, and support financial reporting activities. The ideal candidate has a CPA license, FMCG industry experience, and strong technical accounting expertise.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day accounting operations and financial transactions.
- Prepare financial statements and management reports.
- Monitor compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
- Perform account reconciliations and financial analysis.
- Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow monitoring.
- Support tax compliance and statutory reporting obligations.
- Coordinate with auditors and regulatory agencies as needed.
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives within the finance function.
Qualifications
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA).
- Minimum of 2 years of accounting experience in the FMCG industry.
- Strong knowledge of accounting rules, regulations, policies, and procedures.
- Experience with ERP systems and accounting software is an advantage.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
