ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide core finance and accounting services including month end close process and reconciliation activities
Processing transactions, issuing checks, online banking responsibilities and updating ledgers
Filing and payment to Government Regulatory Bodies such as BIR, SSS, PHILHEALTH and PAGIBIG
Assisting with audits, fact checks, and resolving discrepancies
Performing basic office tasks, such as filing, data entry
Enable process improvement opportunities and projects by understanding the end-to-end processes and bringing your insights and ideas forward
Providing support to the Accounting Department and across other departments
Ability to successfully manage multiple priorities. Must have high attention to detail and be highly organized. Proven ability to communicate effectively across all levels of the organization
Complete all other tasks that are deemed appropriate for your role and assigned by your immediate supervisor

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
Bachelor's Degree major in Finance, Business, Accounting, and related courses
At least 5 years of demonstrated experience and background in Finance, Accounting
Effective communicator and able to build relationships with various stakeholders and teams
Solid analytical and problem-solving skills
Innovative and has passion for learning digital tools and technologies
Experience and knowledge in digital tools and other technology systems is an advantage
High proficiency level in G-Suite and MS Office (Excel, PPT etc)
Attention to detail, and accuracy
Maintain flexibility to take on additional responsibilities, as needed
Experience in a startup is a plus
