Finance and Accounting Senior Manager

SENIOR MANAGER, FINANCE & ACCOUNTING

Alsons Power Group is looking for a Senior Manager, Finance & Accounting to lead and oversee finance and accounting operations across the Group's diesel and renewable energy businesses.

As a key finance leader, you will drive accurate financial reporting, strategic planning, financial analysis, treasury, tax and regulatory compliance, internal controls, and risk management—while providing valuable insights to support Executive Management and the Board of Directors in critical business decisions.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead Finance & Accounting operations across multiple Group companies

• Oversee financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis

• Manage treasury, cash flow, working capital, and financial obligations

• Ensure compliance with BIR, DOE, ERC, SEC, and other regulatory requirements

• Strengthen internal controls, accounting policies, and financial governance

• Lead tax planning and internal/external audit activities

• Provide financial analysis and strategic recommendations to management

• Support Board presentations, financial reports, and strategic discussions

• Lead, develop, and coach Finance & Accounting teams

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy, Finance, Economics, or related field

• 10+ years of progressive Finance & Accounting leadership experience

• CPA preferred; Master's degree is an advantage

• Strong expertise in financial reporting, taxation, treasury, budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling

• Experience managing finance functions across multiple companies or business units

• Background in power, energy, utilities, infrastructure, or renewable energy is highly desirable

• Strong strategic, analytical, leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
