About The Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced
Finance & Accounting Manager to oversee the financial health of our organization. This role is critical in ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, delivering accurate and timely financial information, and providing strategic insights to support decision-making across management, business units, and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee financial operations and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
- Provide accurate and timely financial information, projections, and analysis to management and stakeholders.
- Lead financial planning, general accounting, tax compliance, payroll processing, and reporting functions.
- Deliver strategic insights to support organizational decision-making.
- Manage and mentor finance and accounting teams to drive operational excellence.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelors degree in Accountancy (required).
- Experience:
- Minimum: 89 years of Finance or Accounting experience, including 4 years in General Accounting, Tax Compliance, Financial Planning & Analysis, and Payroll processing, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Certification: Certified Public Accountant (CPA) preferred.
