Finance and Accounting Manager

CLIENT BACKGROUND: The client is a recognized, well-established multinational telecommunications company that is new to the Philippine market and is in the process of establishing its presence.

POSITION: FINANCE & ACCOUNTING MANAGER (generalist)

JOB LOCATION: J.P. Rizal Avenue, Brgy. Olympia, Makati City

WORK SCHEDULE: Mondays to Fridays from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm

SALARY BUDGET: 80K to 100K gross per month (offer commensurates on experience | non-negotiable), plus other benefits

JOB SUMMARY: The Finance & Accounting Manager (generalist) will oversee and manage all finance and accounting functions in support of the company's establishment and operations in the Philippine market. This role is responsible for financial planning and analysis, budgeting, cash flow management, accounting operations, tax compliance, statutory reporting, and internal controls. As a key business partner to management, the Finance Manager will help build financial processes from the ground up, ensure regulatory compliance, and support sound financial decision-making as the company scales locally.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Education: Bachelor's/Master's degree in any field
• Professional Experience: At least (5) years in finance & accounting management role
• Leadership Experience: Proven experience leading or supervising finance and accounting staff and managing end-to-end finance functions
• Core Skills: Financial planning & analysis, budgeting, cash flow management, accounting operations, taxation and statutory compliance, financial reporting, internal controls, problem-solving, and strong communication skills
• Work Arrangement: Must be willing to work full-time and onsite in Brgy. Olympia, Makati City
