Finance and Accounting Manager

The Finance and Accounting Manager plays a vital role in supporting the finance leadership team and driving the department's success.

 This position requires a strategic thinker with a strong financial background, a passion for excellence, and the ability to foster collaboration across the organization. 

The Finance and Accounting Manager contributes to the achievement of financial goals and overall business objectives while ensuring the highest standards of financial integrity and accountability.

1. Responsible for providing a wide range of administrative support and coordination of projects and business units under the Finance and Accounting. It shall include and not be limited to, General Accounting, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Treasury, Cost Control and Internal Audit.

2. Responsible for maintaining high standards of professionalism, efficiency, personal communication, discretion, and independent judgment.

4. Deals with a wide range of highly sensitive issues under tight deadlines and pressures.

5. The Accounting Manager plays a crucial role in facilitating the Finance and Accounting Manager initiatives and objectives while promoting collaboration and alignment within the various teams.

Qualifications and Experience:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting. Must be CPA.

Proven experience as an Accounting Manager.

In-depth knowledge of BIR regulations, accounting principles, practices, and regulations.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to effectively interact with diverse stakeholders.

Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously.

Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.

High level of confidentiality and discretion in handling sensitive information.

Proficiency of accounting software and ERP systems.

Experience in a leadership or project management capacity is a plus.
