Company Description Accreo Business Consulting, Inc. Is currently consulting for a fast-rising restaurant group based in Ortigas Center, Pasig.
Role Description The Finance and Accounting Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Pasig. This role oversees day-to-day finance and accounting operations, including general ledger maintenance, accounts payable and receivable, payroll coordination, and monthly financial closings. The manager prepares financial statements and management reports, monitors cash flow, and supports budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities aligned with client and company strategies. Responsibilities include ensuring compliance with relevant accounting standards, tax regulations, and internal controls, as well as coordinating with external auditors and regulatory bodies. The role also involves mentoring the finance team, improving processes and systems, and providing financial insights to support decision-making for both internal stakeholders and client projects.
Qualifications
- Strong financial management and accounting skills, including financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.
Solid background in F&B industry finance and accounting practices, particularly restaurant chain operations
- Proficiency in core accounting functions such as general ledger management, accounts payable and receivable, payroll, and reconciliations.
- Knowledge of relevant accounting standards, tax regulations, and compliance requirements, with experience working with auditors and regulatory agencies.
- Experience using accounting and financial software, AI tools, spreadsheets, and business intelligence or reporting tools.
- Demonstrated ability to analyze data, interpret financial results, and provide clear recommendations to support strategic and operational decisions.
- Leadership and team management capabilities, including coaching, performance management, and building effective finance processes.
- Strong organizational, time-management, and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across diverse teams and with clients.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; professional certification (e.g., CPA or equivalent) is an advantage.
- Previous experience in a managerial finance or accounting role, preferably within consulting, professional services, or growth-oriented businesses.
