Finance and Accounting Head

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and analyze financial statements, budgets, and forecasts in a timely and accurate manner.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, BIR regulations, and tax requirements.
• Monitor cash flow, expenses, and overall financial health of the business.
• Manage food costing, inventory accounting, and cost control measures to minimize wastage and pilferage.
• Develop and implement internal controls, accounting policies, and process improvements.
• Lead, supervise, and train the accounting team to ensure efficiency and accuracy.
• Coordinate with operations, purchasing, and sales teams to align financial goals with business performance.
• Manage relationships with auditors, suppliers, and government agencies.
• Performs other related functions that may be assigned from time to time.

QUALIFICATION

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA is an advantage)
• 10+ years of finance and accounting experience, with at least 5 years in a managerial role
• Strong knowledge of cost accounting, food costing, and financial analysis (F&B or hospitality experience preferred)
• Proficient in accounting systems and MS Excel; ERP experience is an advantage
• Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills
