Your Role And Responsibilities
A Finance Operations Specialist supports end-to-end accounting functions across Accounts Receivable (AR), Procure-to-Pay (P2P), and Record-to-Report (RTR) processes.
The role is responsible for accurately processing financial transactions, including customer payments, invoices, journal entries, and vendor data, while ensuring compliance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and internal controls. Key responsibilities include applying and reconciling payments, managing vendor master records, processing invoices, performing account reconciliations, and resolving payment or billing discrepancies through collaboration with internal teams and stakeholders. The role also involves maintaining financial records, generating reports, supporting audits and continuous improvement initiatives, and handling inquiries related to financial transactions. Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment are essential.
Required Technical And Professional Expertise
- With Accounting, Finance, Business, Economics, or other related management degrees
- With Basic understanding or working knowledge of general accounting and various accounting concepts and principles.
- With Basic knowledge or Beginner level in Excel.
- With good written, oral and interpersonal communication skills.
- Ability to follow and complete straightforward, stand-alone tasks within detailed instructions and predefined procedures.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, dynamic setting while maintaining accuracy and delivering against deadlines.
- Can work on flexible hours to meet changing work environment & schedule and to meet tight deadlines.
