Finance Analyst

We are seeking a highly motivated Finance Management Trainee for a full-time, on-site role in Santa Maria, Bulacan. This role provides hands-on experience across key finance functions, including financial reporting, analysis, and accounting operations for an assigned business unit.

The Finance Management Trainee will:

• Assist in the preparation and review of financial statements
• Conduct financial and variance analysis to support decision-making
• Prepare management reports and performance dashboards
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on finance-related initiatives
• Support presentations and reports to senior leadership

Qualifications

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience in finance or accounting
• Solid understanding of financial statements, budgeting, and forecasting
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• High attention to detail and accuracy in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work effectively both independently and in a team setting
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Management, or related field
• Preferably 1–3 years of experience in a finance-related role (internship experience is considered)
