Key Responsibilities
Payables Specialist:
- Process invoices, verify approvals, and ensure accurate, timely payments
- Manage vendor accounts and resolve payment discrepancies
- Monitor outstanding payables and support cash flow management
- Reconcile accounts payable and assist with month-end closing
- Maintain accurate financial records for audits and compliance
- Coordinate with internal teams for proper expense tracking
Finance Analyst
- Analyze financial statements, trends, and variances
- Develop financial models and forecasts
- Assist in budgeting, cost analysis, and financial planning
- Prepare financial performance and risk assessment reports
- Provide insights and recommendations to management
- Support audits, compliance, and process improvements
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, Management Accounting, or a related field
- At least 1 year experience in finance, accounting, or accounts payable (is a plus)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in MS Excel and financial reporting tools
- Knowledge of accounting principles and financial analysis
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
