Finance Analyst based in

The role
The Finance Analyst will support the Accounting and Finance team in handling the company's financial activities. This includes daily accounting tasks, managing payments, supporting tax and compliance requirements, and helping prepare financial reports. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable handling multiple tasks in a fast-paced work environment.
Your Responsibilities
- Financial Accounting & Bookkeeping
- Record daily financial transactions and ensure accuracy in all entries.
- Track company expenses, revenues, and costs following local accounting standards.
- Support monthly and yearly closing activities.
- Treasury & Banking Support
- Help monitor cash flow and ensure funds are properly allocated.
- Assist in preparing bank reconciliations and recording deposits or transfers.
- Support the Treasurer in managing company bank accounts and transactions.
- Invoicing & Payments
- Process supplier invoices, reimbursements, and payments on time.
- Coordinate invoice approvals and ensure all records match properly.
- Communicate with vendors, banks, and internal departments regarding payment concerns.
- Tax & Compliance
- Prepare and file monthly, quarterly, and annual tax reports (e.g., VAT, withholding, and corporate tax).
- Make sure all financial activities comply with government rules and regulations.
- Help auditors by preparing required documents and reports.
- Financial Reporting & Documentation
- Assist in preparing financial reports, budgets, and cost analyses.
- Maintain organized records for regulatory filings and reports.
- Support the Treasurer in preparing presentations or reports for senior management.
- Internal Coordination
- Work closely with Admin, IT, and HR to ensure smooth financial processes.
- Coordinate with the finance team in India for reporting and compliance updates.
- Provide needed documents during internal or external audits.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics (CPA or CA preferred).
- 3–5 years of experience in finance, accounting, or related roles.
- Experience working in multinational companies or shared service centers is an advantage.
- Good understanding of accounting, invoicing, and tax processes.
- Familiar with ERP systems, accounting tools, and reporting platforms.
- Knowledge of Philippine tax laws and government filing requirements.
- Strong attention to detail and good analytical skills.
- Effective communication and coordination skills.
- Can work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
