Finance Analyst

Role: Finance AnalystIDEAL CANDIDATE PROFILE

The candidate should have broad and hands-on experience across Finance Operations, particularly:

• Accounts Payable – invoicing, reconciliation, and payment processing
• Accounts Receivable – billing, collections, and aging management
• Treasury Operations – cash flow, bank reconciliation, and fund transfers
• Vendor Management – relationship management, negotiations, and onboarding
• Payroll Liaison – coordination with HR and payroll processing
• General Finance Operations – month-end closing and audit support
• Finance Administration and coordination with consultants
• Taxation and compliance-related activities

The role will require someone who is hands-on, highly involved in day-to-day finance operations, and comfortable handling multiple finance-related functions.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's degree
• At least 2 years of overall AP/AR/Finance Operations experience
• BPO experience is a must
• Strong ERP proficiency
• Multi-ERP exposure is required
• Strong Excel skills
• Good knowledge of Philippine tax and labor laws
• Good understanding of overall Finance Operations
• Strong communication and articulation skills

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• CPA or AFM certification is preferred but not mandatory
• Cost accounting exposure is an advantage
• International experience is preferred
