Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Finance Administrator, based in Manila with opportunities for partial remote work. The Finance Administrator will manage and oversee financial planning, budgeting, and accounting processes. Daily responsibilities include analyzing financial data, preparing reports, performing reconciliations, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations. The role also involves effective communication with internal teams and stakeholders to support informed financial decision-making and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

  • Financial Planning and analysis expertise with proficiency in creating and managing budgets
  • Strong Analytical Skills and problem-solving abilities in financial contexts
  • Experience in Finance and Accounting operations, including reconciliations and regulatory compliance
  • Excellent Communication skills to effectively interact with teams and stakeholders
  • Proficiency in financial software and tools is advantageous
  • Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field is required
  • Previous experience in a similar role is a plus
