Responsibilities:
The identified candidate will manage daily, weekly, Monthly, Quarterly, and Annual tasks for the team, which includes: Action any urgent Timesheet Emails, Last Minute Job Orders, Reportings, Email management, Invoices, Flights, Onboarding/Offboarding of staff, Timesheets to name a few.
Qualifications:
-Must have Xero software experience
-At least a Bachelor's degree
-At least 3 years of experience in finance, accounting, or administrative roles
-Experience with invoicing, payroll, budgeting, and financial reporting
-Attention to detail
-Good organizational and time management skills
-Ability to handle confidential financial information
