Job Description

Salary: PHP 35,000 - PHP 40,000

Key Responsibilities

  • Own day-to-day admin operations so nothing falls through the cracks (emails, scheduling, follow-ups)
  • Support finance processes such as invoicing, reconciliations, and data entry (payroll may or may not sit with you)
  • Act as a personal assistant to the business owner—managing calendar, reminders, and ad hoc requests
  • Identify inefficiencies and suggest better ways of working
  • Keep systems and records accurate, organised, and up to date
  • Communicate clearly with internal and external stakeholders to keep workflows moving

Requirements

Must-Have Qualifications (Self-Check)

  • 3+ years in a remote admin, finance support, or virtual assistant role
  • Experience with tools like Xero, QuickBooks, or similar (for finance tasks)
  • Strong organisational skills—you can manage multiple priorities without being told what to do next
  • Available during Australian business hours
  • Reliable home office setup with fast internet
  • Clear, confident written and spoken English

Nice-to-Have Skills

  • Experience supporting Australian businesses
  • Exposure to payroll processes (even if not owning it end-to-end)
  • Familiarity with project or task management tools (e.g. Asana, ClickUp, Trello)
  • Previous experience in a hybrid admin + PA role
