The Role
Finance Administrative Support is part of Trident Trust Philippines (TTPH) Operations Team who provide shared services support to the core services teams of Trident Trust Philippines in delivering service excellence to Trident Trust Group Offices (TTG).

Duties
- Periodic transaction monitoring following agreed criteria, processes, policies and workflows including going through monthly bank statements and bank advice and creation of workflow in Viewpoint
- Manage and clearing File Notes including sending reminders and working with the respective Trust Administrators to act on the file notes
- Liaising and coordinating with the Client Accounting Team and Trust Administration Team for any updates, concerns, queries or any assistance needed to/from each team, as applicable, in relation to transaction monitoring and file notes clearing
- Liaising and coordinating with the respective Trust Administrator, for any updates, concerns, queries or any assistance needed on any identified reportable transactions and the completion of the required workflows
- To handle day-to-day work on transaction monitoring, including but not limited to:
- Maintaining the transaction monitoring spreadsheet and other relevant reports
- Going through the bank statements and bank advice to identify funds moving in and out of the trust account
- Verifying unidentified transactions with Trust Administration Team and flagging out any suspicious transaction to Compliance Team
- Creating injection workflow whenever there are funds injected into the respective trust account
- Liaising and coordinating with Client Accounting Team and Trust Administration Team
- To handle the clearing of File Notes:
- Generating and reviewing weekly File Notes Report
- Working with respective Trust Administrator and attending to the needs to ensure that the File Notes are cleared timely
- Monitoring the dateline of each file note and keeping track with the respective Trust Administrator in escalating to the officer-in-charge, where applicable
- Providing updates on the status to the management
- To assist other administrative works and ad hoc duties/projects as assigned by the management / manager
- Assisting the TTPH's Operations Team in any finance administrative-related tasks being provided to TTG's Offices, identifying process improvements and any standardization; and
- Assisting the TTPH's Operations Team to any other ad-hoc finance administrative tasks as and when the need arises
Skills and Knowledge
- Must be a graduate of any business or finance-related degree course
- At least 1-2 years relevant experience in Financial Analysis, Administrative Work, or within the same field and capacity is an advantage
- Fresh graduates may also apply as training will be provided for the position regardless of experience
- With high attention to details
- Proficiency in written and oral English is a must
- Adaptability to work with internal and offshore offices team members, and department/offices head to meet deliverables in a timely manner
- Expertise in using Microsoft Offices particularly Excel and Word is a must, experience in using Viewpoint other related systems is an advantage
- Has initiative, with commitment to quality service and can work independently with a can do attitude
