The
Finance Admin Associate provides administrative and clerical support to the Finance Department. This role involves maintaining financial records, assisting with day-to-day accounting tasks, coordinating with internal and external parties, and ensuring accurate documentation in compliance with company policies and procedures.
Responsibilities
- Organize and maintain both digital and physical financial documents, including invoices, receipts, and contracts.
- Act as liaison, communicating with internal departments, government agencies and clients regarding accounts receivable collection.
- Support the Finance Department in day-to-day tasks and perform other duties that are related to the role.
Minimum Qualifications
- With at least 1–2 years of related work experience is a plus, but not required
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Detail-oriented, highly organized, and able to handle confidential financial information
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision and meet deadlines
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive)
- Experience using task management tools such as Asana is an advantage
- Strong analytical and planning skills;
- Good communication and presentation skills;
- Excellent problem-solving skills;
