Job Description

The Position

We are seeking a passionate, proactive and detail-oriented Finance Accounts Executive to support Travel & Expense (T&E) compliance activities and key GBS transactional processes at the country level. This role will contribute across Purchase-to-Pay (P2P) and Order-to-Cash (O2C) workstreams, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency in financial operations.

Duties & Responsibilities:

As a Finance Accounts Executive, you will:

  • Support the GBSC T&E team process claims by providing compliance checks. Leverage Concur tools and reports to monitor activity, perform audits, assess trends and provide reports to Management and Government
  • Administer the company credit card program
  • Support the Purchase to Pay cycle, including invoice scanning, archival, local reporting not covered by GBS standard
  • Support the Order to cash cycle, including coordination with Trade customers (Distributor), transmittal of sales invoice, daily sales reconciliation, local reporting not covered by GBS standard
  • Support during month and year end closing to ensure transactions are adequately supported and in compliance with statutory and internal requirements
  • Other master data support and liaison between local organization and GBSC

Requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Finance, Business Administration or a related field
  • Minimum of 2–3 years of relevant experience in finance or accounting functions, shared services or similar role
  • Proficiency in financial systems and tools such as ERP, SAP, Concur (T&E), WeBuy, or similar platforms
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with attention to detail
  • Ability to manage tasks and projects effectively, with a proactive approach to problem-solving
  • Excellent communication skills in English (both written and spoken), with the ability to collaborate across different levels of the organization
  • Strong understanding of compliance, reporting, reconciliation and internal controls
  • Pharmaceutical industry experience is an advantage, but candidates from other industries are welcome
