Your Role

• Manage accounts payable - process supplier invoices and staff expenses, ensure timely payment, and resolve any discrepancies
• Manage accounts receivable – raise invoices for self-billing clients and reconcile their accounts
• Reconcile bank statements and post financial transactions
• Assist in processing UK Staff payroll – ensure staff are paid accurately and on time
• Maintain financial records – ensure financial records are up to date, accurate, and compliant with regulatory requirements; file and organize financial documents for easy access during audits
• Prepare journal entries and support month end close
• Manage and reconcile Fixed Assets Register, Accruals, Prepayments, and control accounts
• Prepare and generate reports to support Finance Team
