Filling Line Operator - Tanauan Factory
Main Responsibilities / Key Competencies/Skills
- Operates filling line equipment according to production requirements and procedures.
- Ensures the work area is clean, organized, and safe at all times.
- Prepares and checks materials before production starts.
- Monitors machine performance and product quality during operation.
- Reports machine breakdowns, abnormalities, or quality issues to the supervisor.
- Performs basic equipment cleaning and changeover activities.
- Completes production records and reports accurately.
- Ensures proper handling and identification of materials and products.
- Follows GMP, safety, quality, and work instruction requirements.
- Assists in minimizing downtime and maintaining production efficiency.
- Coordinates with Maintenance, Quality, and Warehouse personnel as needed.
- Performs other related duties assigned by the supervisor from time to time.
