Roles & Responsibilities:

Video Editing: Edit short-form videos (Reels, TikToks, YT Shorts) using Premiere Pro or CapCut. We expect high-quality output catchy hooks, smooth transitions, dynamic pacing.

Content Creation: Assist in content strategy and execution. Hindi lang cut-paste, dapat may understanding ka how to grab attention and tell a story in 1560 seconds.

Trend Spotting: Research and identify latest trends, viral sounds, editing styles. Hindi pwede luma o genericdapat laging updated.

Social Media Scheduling: Assist in scheduling content using platforms like Hootsuite or Meta Business Suite.

Community Engagement: Support in handling comments, replies, and messages to help grow the brands online presence.

Performance Tracking: Monitor video analytics and performance reports para may data-driven improvements.
