Filipino Language Instructor

Job Description:

The Filipino Language Instructor designs and implements engaging lesson plans, assesses student progress, and creates an interactive and immersive learning environment. The instructor should adapt teaching methods to cater to different learning styles and equip students with the necessary linguistic and cultural knowledge to communicate effectively in Filipino while integrating Filipino culture and real-world applications.

Essential Functions:

• Teach Filipino language skills, including vocabulary, grammar, pronunciation, and
• sentence construction
• Integrate cultural elements and real-life applications into language instruction
• Utilize interactive activities and multimedia resources
• Organize immersive activities such as storytelling, games, simulations, cultural
• workshops, and real-life conversation practice
• Assess and track student progress through quizzes, tests, assignments, and
• other evaluation tools
• Adapt lesson plans based on students proficiency levels and learning needs
• Maintain an engaging and student-centered learning environment
