Priority Location: South Africa and Philippines
Working Hours: 40 hours per week (Mon - Fri) EU aligned
Salary Range: $1,500 - $2,300 USD ($) per month

The Business Operates Multiple Direct-to-consumer Brands, Including
- A leading pet supplements brand
- A sleep and recovery brand
Key Responsibilities
- Create high-quality designs in Figma across a variety of use cases, including:
- Website sections and landing pages
- Product pages and galleries
- Email marketing assets
- General brand and marketing visuals
- Translate business and marketing needs into clean, effective designs
- Support ongoing design needs across multiple e-commerce brands
- Help manage tasks, timelines, and priorities (light project coordination)
- Collaborate with a small team of designers to maintain quality and consistency
- (Nice to have) Assist with implementation in WordPress/Elementor
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Strong portfolio showcasing high-quality, relevant design work (primary evaluation criteria)
- Advanced proficiency in Figma
- Experience working with e-commerce brands
- Highly organized, structured, and reliable
- Strong accountability and ownership mindset
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
Preferred Qualifications & Skills
- Experience with WordPress and Elementor
- Experience designing email marketing assets
