About the Role

We are looking for Field Verification Officers to support our verification operations in Manila, Philippines. The role involves conducting field visits and phone-based checks to verify residential addresses, employment details, education, and supporting documents.

The ideal candidate should be comfortable travelling for field visits, interacting professionally with individuals and organizations, and accurately recording verification findings.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct field visits to customer or employee locations for address verification.
• Verify employment details by visiting company offices or workplaces when required.
• Support education and document verification activities.
• Conduct phone-based verification checks with relevant individuals or organizations.
• Collect and verify accurate information during field visits.
• Capture required photos and field evidence using mobile applications.
• Update verification details and case information accurately in the system.
• Prepare and submit accurate verification reports within the required timelines.
• Identify and report discrepancies, incorrect, incomplete, or unclear information to the Operations Team.
• Maintain strict confidentiality and data privacy when handling personal and employment information.
• Follow established verification procedures, quality standards, and operational guidelines.
• Manage assigned cases independently and complete verification activities within agreed timelines.

Requirements

• 1–4 years of relevant experience in Field Verification, Banking, Telecom, Collections, Field Sales, Investigation, Background Verification, or similar roles.
• Must be a Graduate / Bachelor's Degree holder.
• Comfortable with local travel within Manila and surrounding areas as required.
• Own vehicle and a valid driving licence are preferred.
• Basic knowledge of mobile applications, smartphones, and reporting tools.
• Good communication skills in English and/or relevant local languages.
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Comfortable interacting with customers, employees, companies, and other third parties.
