We are looking for a Field Trainer to strengthen our Partners & Distribution team. This role focuses on delivering impactful training to sales managers and frontline sales teams directly in the field.
You will be responsible for preparing training materials, onboarding new employees, and working closely with the Quality Control and Methodology teams to continuously improve business performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver end-to-end training programs: needs assessment, design, facilitation (in-person & online), feedback collection, and effectiveness evaluation
- Conduct regular field training for sales managers and frontline sales teams
- Partner closely with business verticals to align learning initiatives with business goals
- Collaborate with Methodology and E-learning teams to digitalize and update training content
- Track attendance, analyze feedback and performance metrics, and recommend improvements to training formats and processes
Requirements And Expectations
- At least 2 years of experience in corporate or business training
- Strong ability to design learning programs aligned with business objectives
- Proven experience in full-cycle training delivery
- Excellent communication and facilitation skills
- Willing to spend at least 70% of working time in the field
- English proficiency at upper-intermediate level or higher
