The Field Technician is responsible for providing on-site technical support for Nespresso machines, including installation, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair. The role ensures that all machines are operating efficiently while delivering high-quality service and customer satisfaction
Qualifications
- At least a college or vocational level
- With an NC 2 Certificate in Electrical or Electronics would be an advantage
- At least 1-2 years of experience
- Must be flexible and willing to do field work.
- With a driver's license
Responsibilities
- Install Nespresso coffee machines at client locations.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues reported by customers.
- Stay updated on new Nespresso products and technologies to provide accurate information.
- Complete service reports and document any recommendations for improvement.
- Follow Nespresso's policies and procedures for technical support and service.
- Efficiently manage time to complete service calls and installations within specified timeframes.
