Role Description

This is a full-time on-site position based in Las Pias for a Field Staff role. The Field Staff will be responsible for assisting customers with their inquiries, providing troubleshooting and support services, conducting field visits, and delivering training to community members. The role also involves collecting data, assessing clients needs, and ensuring excellent customer service standards in alignment with Datung's mission to empower entrepreneurs.

Qualifications

  • Proficient in Analytical Skills and Troubleshooting to evaluate and address client needs effectively
  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage with clients and maintain satisfaction
  • Ability to conduct Training and guide community members in understanding financial solutions
  • Self-motivated and capable of working in on-site and community-based environments
  • Prior experience in microfinance or community development is a plus
  • Valid driver's license and readiness to travel locally
