Job Description

Qualifications

Knowledge in technical and or electrical experiences in repair and/or field repair and testing with at least minimum of 1 year experience.
Graduate of Technical and/or Electrical courses, Vocational courses related to Electronics/Electrical. Graduate of Electronics and Electrical Engineering course.
Professional/ Non-Pro driver's license holder. (Motorcycle and/or 4 Wheel-Drive Vehicle

Job Responsibilities

Repairs and troubleshoot lotto machines in field.
Test repair lotto machine, modules and equipment for functionality conformance.
Managing all onsite installation, repair, maintenance and test tasks.
Provide service and customer support during field visits or dispatches.
Tie workflow to schedule.
Diagnose errors or technical problems and determine proper solutions.
Produce timely and detailed service reports.
Document processes.
Operate vehicle in a safely manner and use field.
Follow all company's filed procedures and protocols.
Performs other related duties as may be directed by the immediate superior from time to time.
