RBGM Medical Sales Express Inc. is looking for a
Field Service Engineer to provide on-site technical support, installation, maintenance, and repair of medical equipment. The role will ensure equipment operates properly and complies with safety and regulatory standards while providing excellent technical support to healthcare clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform installation, preventive maintenance, and repair of medical equipment.
- Respond to service calls and troubleshoot technical issues.
- Conduct scheduled preventive maintenance and equipment checks.
- Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
- Prepare accurate service reports and documentation.
- Coordinate with logistics and warehouse teams for field-related activities.
- Provide technical support and training to clients when needed.
- Maintain tools, test equipment, and spare parts inventory.
- Participate in technical training and continuous improvement activities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Electronics and Communications Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical field.
- 1–2 years of relevant experience in medical device or biomedical equipment servicing is preferred.
- Fresh graduates with strong internship experience and technical aptitude may also be considered.
- Knowledge of medical equipment, calibration, and safety/regulatory standards.
- Strong technical troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.
- Able to read technical schematics, service manuals, and wiring diagrams.
- Proficient in using electronic test instruments, power tools, and calibration software.
- Good documentation, communication, and organizational skills.
- Self-driven, accountable, adaptable, and service-oriented.
- Willing to travel frequently within the assigned territory or nationwide.
Work Environment: Primarily on-site at healthcare facilities, with frequent travel and occasional office-based administrative work.
