Job Description
- Perform installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of HVAC systems.
- Conduct routine preventive and corrective maintenance based on service schedules and client requirements.
- Diagnose and resolve mechanical, electrical, and control-related HVAC issues on-site.
- Prepare service reports, technical documentation, and recommendations after each job assignment.
- Ensure all work complies with safety, environmental, and operational standards.
- Provide technical support and guidance to clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate with internal teams for spare parts, tools, and job-related requirements.
- Assist in system testing, commissioning, and equipment performance evaluations.
- Maintain tools, equipment, and service vehicles in good working condition.
The Successful Applicant
- Graduate of Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or related technical course.
- Technician course graduates are welcome to apply.
- At least 2-3 years of experience in HVAC maintenance, servicing, or field operations.
- Strong understanding of refrigeration cycles, electrical controls, and HVAC system components.
- Ability to read and interpret technical diagrams, manuals, and schematics.
- Experience in servicing commercial or industrial HVAC systems is an advantage.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently on field assignments.
- Willing to be based in Sta. Rosa, Laguna, and preferably residing nearby for operational efficiency.
