Position Overview:
We are looking for a passionate and results-driven Field Sales Trainer to support and elevate our retail sales teams across department stores, boutiques, and counters nationwide. This role is highly field-focused conducting store visits, coaching Beauty Advisors, and ensuring brand standards are consistently executed across all doors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular store visits across Metro Manila and provincial doors
- Provide on-the-spot coaching to Beauty Advisors
- Partner with Store Supervisors and Area Operations Managers
- Ensure proper execution of brand guidelines, visual merchandising standards, and grooming policies
- Conduct product knowledge sessions and seasonal campaign rollouts
- Submit post-training and field visit reports with action plans
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, HR, Communications, or related course
- At least 2 years of experience in retail sales training, beauty, FMCG, or luxury brands
- Strong facilitation and coaching skills
- With passion for skincare and makeup
- Willing to travel nationwide (Luzon, Visayas & Mindanao)
- Comfortable working during mall hours
