Job Overview:
The Aftersales Specialist is responsible for driving the performance and profitability of BMW Motorrad dealers by managing aftersales operations, including Riding Gear, Accessories, Lifestyle items, and service-related initiatives. This role ensures that targets are set, monitored, and achieved through strategic planning, dealer support, and continuous performance analysis.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develops and sets aftersales targets and forecasts for each dealer, and closely monitors their performance.
- Designs and implements aftersales programs to boost wholesale and retail sales of Riding Gear, Accessories, and Lifestyle products, including service and technical campaigns.
- Prepares and maintains accurate weekly and monthly retail and wholesale performance reports.
- Oversees service and parts-related concerns, including technical support and warranty claims across all BMW Motorrad dealers.
- Recommends forecast adjustments based on dealer performance and profitability trends.
- Collaborates with the Parts Analyst to determine appropriate product mix, pricing strategies, and inventory levels.
- Manages dealer aftersales target reporting, adjustments, and internal communications.
- Oversees processing and validation of dealer aftersales claims.
- Ensures proper execution of warranty and technical campaigns across the dealer network.
- Provides strategic recommendations to management regarding sales planning, ordering, and end-to-end aftersales operationsfrom wholesale to retail.
